Here you can see a cage being built. The dark tubing is the jig that the cage is built upon. This allows a perfect reproduction of the roll cage every time. This cage is a Seat Belt Mounted one. You can clearly see the triangular mounting already in place on the right hand upright. At this stage the cage is unpolished and looking very incomplete. Before it reaches you, each cage will be welded, inspected, polished, inspected again, sent for pre-packaging where the fixings and detailed instructions are added. It will be inspected one final time before being wrapped and dispatched to your door. |
